TAX & CHARGES
A 7 percent sales tax and 1 percent food and beverage tax will be added to all orders.

ORDERING PRIOR TO THE EVENT
To ensure that we meet all your food and beverage requirements, we request that you place your orders by 1:00 P.M., three business days prior to the event. You may place orders at the event with your server through the gameday menu.

METHODS OF PAYMENT
Food and beverage purchases may be paid for using Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover Card.

FOOD & BEVERAGE POLICY
Delaware North Companies Sportservice is the exclusive food and beverage provider for the Amica Mutual Pavillion. It is not permissible for guests to bring food or beverage into the arena. Any food or beverage product brought into the arena without proper authorization will be confiscated and/or charged to the suite holder at a normal retail price.

FOOD ALLERGIES & SENSITIVITIES
If you or your guests suffer from a food-based allergy or sensitivity, please contact our Food and Beverage Manager at 401-572-3531. We will consult with our Chefs to meet your needs and ensure that you and your guests have an enjoyable experience during your event. Please note that some of the ingredients used in our offerings originate in facilities where common food allergens may be in use.

CONSUMER ADVISORY
Eating raw or undercooked meats, poultry, seafood, shellfish or eggs may increase your risk of foodborne illness. Young children, pregnant women, older adults and those with certain medical conditions are at greater risk.
