Welcome to Guest Reserve!

The Guest Reserve website will be our sole platform for food and beverage ordering. The site is live and ready for orders:

The Guest Reserve website will allow you to order for all events from our full food and beverage menu. 

Please see below for assistance in navigating through the website. 

Choose your Location
After entering the website address, it will prompt you to select your venue. Click on the dropdown box and choose Everbank Stadium, and then click on submit. 

Logging In
The next screen will then say Online Ordering System for Everbank Stadium. You will then be prompted to enter your username and password. Once you enter your credentials, then click on submit. If you have any issues logging into your account, please contact your suites administrator at EverBankSuites@delawarenorth.com 
NOTE: You may also view the PDF Menu, using the PDF downloads box. 

Choose an Event
Once you submit your credentials, you will then be prompted to the events page. At the top of the page it will say choose your event. You then choose the event in which you would like to place an order for. All of the events for the entire season will be listed. Additionally, at the top of the page, you can click on “Menu” to review the entire menu prior to selecting a game date. When you click on menu, it will show you the breakdown of all of the food and beverage offerings. 

To Start An Order
Select the event you want to place an order for. Once you select a game date, you will then be able to navigate the menu by clicking on the appropriate menu category, located in the top header box. To add an item to your cart, click on “+Add to Cart” for the item. You may view your cart at any time, by clicking “View Cart”. When finished adding items to your cart, click on “View Cart”, to review your order. Once you have reviewed your order, you may add gratuity before checking out. 
NOTE: This is optional. 

To Checkout
Click on the “Proceed to Checkout” box at the bottom of the screen. On the “Suite & Payment Info Page”, fill in the required fields & answer the Suite Amenities questions. Pick your payment option, which will say credit card, and then hit “Continue”. Review all of the order details, if everything is to your satisfaction, click on “Place Order”. If you would like to make edits to your order, use the “Back” button. 

Order Confirmation
Once you submit the order, you will have the option to print a confirmation. In addition, an email confirmation will be sent to the email address that is on file. Our suites administrator will also receive your order confirmation at EverBankSuites@delawarenorth.com 

Ordering for Another Event
If you would like to place an order for another event, please follow the same steps as above.
